A consortium of landowners comprising VSM Estates Limited, Annington Property Limited, and London Borough of Barnet (collectively known as the Inglis Consortium) are working together to bring forward the comprehensive redevelopment of the Mill Hill East site.

A masterplan is being prepared for the site in accordance with the policies set out in the Mill Hill East Area Action Plan (2009), prepared and adopted by London Borough of Barnet. The masterplan forms the basis of an outline planning application that the Consortium submitted to London Borough of Barnet in October 2009.
